Delivery

Here at Bethan Corin your order means the world and it is top priority to get it to you as quickly as possible, please allow up to two weeks for your order to be dispatched as some items are made to order. If you order is for a special occasion, get in touch to discuss your dates.

As standard all orders are sent via Royal Mail, with the choice of Tracked 48 or Special Delivery. It is recommended that you use Special Delivery, as this covers your jewellery if anything were to happen to it in transits. If you’d rather save some pennies, Tracked 48 is also an option, although your order won’t be eligible for compensation, you will be able to keep of your parcel.

If these aren’t suitable options for you or you are an international customer, please don’t hesitate to send over a message.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your jewellery order but if there’s any reason you would like to return an item, please email hello@bethancorin.co.uk to discuss further. Please note that some items are non-returnable, such as earrings, for hygiene reasons and that return postage is to be covered by the customer.
